The Yamaha RX-A4A is a 7.2 channel AVENTAGE network AV receiver that combines cinema grade surround processing with the build quality this flagship series is known for. Each channel is rated at 110 watts into 8 ohms across the full audio band at 0.06 percent distortion, and the discrete amplifier section is anchored by the AVENTAGE Anti Resonance Technology wedge foot for a stable, low noise foundation.
Object based audio is covered by Dolby Atmos and DTS:X, and all seven HDMI inputs plus three outputs are ready for the latest displays with 8K at 60Hz and 4K at 120Hz passthrough, HDR10+, Dolby Vision and eARC. Yamaha YPAO room calibration measures your space through the included microphone and tunes the system to the room, while a moving magnet phono input welcomes a turntable.
Networking and streaming are handled by MusicCast, which links compatible Yamaha components around the home and adds AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and popular music services. Finished in black, the RX-A4A is a natural centerpiece for a serious home theater that also takes music seriously.
