HiFi ROSE RS130

The HiFi ROSE RS130 is the company's flagship network transport. It has no DAC of its own: the job is to pull the bits off your network or storage and hand them to an outboard converter as cleanly as possible, over coaxial, Toslink, AES/EBU or the I2S HDMI output that carries up to 32 bit 768 kHz. Timing comes from a high precision OCXO 10 MHz clock, and BNC inputs let you slave the RS130 to an external master clock if you run one.

Everything around the signal path is built to keep noise away from it: a milled aluminum chassis, a linear shielded power supply with a toroidal transformer and a large super capacitor, an SFP Ethernet port and a USB fiber port that break the electrical path to the rest of the house, and 256 GB of onboard NVMe cache so a spinning drive never has to keep up with playback. The 15.4 inch touchscreen runs RoseOS with TIDAL, Qobuz, Spotify, Roon, AirPlay, DLNA and RoseTube, and the HDMI 2.0 output sends 4K video to a television. An internal bay takes a 7mm SSD up to 4 TB.
