The Marten Parker Trio is a 2.5 way floorstanding loudspeaker built around a 1 inch pure ceramic tweeter and two 7.5 inch ceramic bass and midrange drivers. Its 35 mm M-board cabinet is loaded by two 9 inch aluminium rear firing passive radiators, an approach Marten uses to deliver deep, articulate bass from a slim enclosure without the turbulence of a port.
The Parker series introduced Marten's new multi diverse order crossover topology, here centered at 2,200 Hz with polypropylene capacitors and copper foil inductors. The cabinet rests on mirror polished stainless steel feet with Marten Isolators, and WBT NextGen terminals with Jorma internal wiring maintain the clean, low loss signal path. The ceramic tweeter can be upgraded to the Diamond version.
With 91 dB sensitivity, a 6 ohm nominal impedance reaching a 3.1 ohm minimum, and up to 300 watts of power handling, the Parker Trio drives real rooms with ease. It spans 26 Hz to 40 kHz within a 2 dB window and comes in Piano Walnut, Matte Walnut, Piano Black, and Piano White.
