The Marten Parker Quintet Diamond is the top model of the Parker range, a large 2.5 way floorstander with four 7.5 inch ceramic bass and midrange drivers and four 9 inch aluminium rear firing passive radiators. In Diamond Edition form it is crowned by a 1 inch pure diamond dome tweeter, delivering the lowest distortion and most extended treble of any Parker.
The Diamond upgrades carry through the crossover and wiring, with copper foil capacitors and copper foil inductors and Jorma Statement internal cabling, while the multi diverse order crossover holds at 2,200 Hz. The 35 mm M-board cabinet and WBT NextGen terminals are shared with the standard Quintet.
With 93 dB sensitivity, a 4 ohm nominal impedance reaching a 2.7 ohm minimum, and up to 350 watts of power handling, the Parker Quintet Diamond commands large rooms and reaches from 24 Hz to 40 kHz within a 2 dB window. It weighs 60 kg each and is available in Piano Walnut, Matte Walnut, Piano Black, and Piano White, with custom RAL finishes offered.
