Klipsch Heresy IV – Compact Power, Heritage Soul

Don’t let the size fool you—this is where Heritage meets versatility. The Klipsch Heresy IV is a compact, three-way loudspeaker that’s been delivering uncompromising sound since 1957. With upgraded drivers, a new rear Tractrix® port, and a revoiced crossover network, the Heresy IV proves that big sound can still come in a small package. Handcrafted in Hope, Arkansas, it embodies the spirit of Paul W. Klipsch’s original vision—classic sound with modern precision.

🔹 Heritage Horn-Loaded Dynamics in a Compact Form
1” Titanium Diaphragm Tweeter (K-107-TI) – Equipped with a wide dispersion phase plug for smooth, even high-frequency response and crystal-clear detail.

1.75” Polyimide Diaphragm Midrange (K-702) – Mated to a K-704 Tractrix® horn, this updated driver delivers stunning vocal presence and lifelike midrange energy.

12” Fiber-Composite Woofer – Produces robust and punchy bass, anchored by a new rear-mounted Tractrix® port that extends low-end performance nearly 10Hz deeper than its predecessor.

🔹 High-Efficiency Design for Real-World Listening
99 dB Sensitivity – Easy to drive with almost any amplifier, whether you're using low-wattage tube gear or modern solid-state power.

Bi-Wiring / Bi-Amping Ready – Premium aluminum input panel with dual binding posts for flexible system configurations and optimized signal control.

Improved Crossover Network – Drawn from the same steep-slope design principles as the Klipschorn and La Scala, now with higher-grade components for lower distortion and more lifelike realism.

🔹 Thoughtful Cabinet Engineering
Rear Tractrix® Port – For the first time in Heresy history, a rear port helps deliver cleaner, deeper bass without adding bulk or compromising placement flexibility.

MDF Cabinet with Book-Matched Veneer – Precision-matched from the same timber, each pair is a visually cohesive set built to match inside and out.

Removable Slant Riser Base – Included for optimal floor placement but easily detached for use in cabinets or on speaker stands.

🔹 Built in Hope, Arkansas – Since 1957
With its compact footprint, the Heresy IV is ideal for rooms where space is limited but great sound is still a priority. It’s the most flexible model in the Heritage series—and one of the most enduring.
