Luxman L 505Z Integrated Amplifier Open Box Giveaway

1. Sponsor

This promotion is sponsored by All Elite Audio LLC.

2. Prize

One winner will receive one Luxman L 505Z integrated amplifier, open box condition, approximate retail value $4,995.

The prize is awarded as is. No substitutions, cash alternatives, or transfers.

3. Drawing Date and Winner Selection

The winner will be selected in a random drawing on April 18, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. Eligibility

This promotion is only open to any person who
(a) has reached the age of majority or older at the time of any entry, and
(b) is a legal resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of All Elite Audio LLC, and members of their immediate household plus anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

5. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.

Entries must be submitted using the official entry method specified by All Elite Audio for this promotion. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted outside the entry period are void.

Limit one entry per person unless explicitly stated otherwise in the official promotion announcement.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the timeframe stated in the notification, or fails to complete verification requirements, the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Before the prize is awarded, the winner may be required to complete eligibility verification and sign required documents.

7. Taxes and Required Tax Forms

The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with receiving or using the prize.

All Elite Audio will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099 for the approximate retail value of the prize. To receive the prize, the winner must submit a completed IRS Form W 9 to All Elite Audio.

8. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup

All Elite Audio will coordinate delivery or pickup with the winner after verification is complete. The winner is responsible for providing a valid delivery address and being available to receive the prize.

Risk of loss transfers to the winner upon delivery. Any shipping limitations, signature requirements, or regional restrictions may apply.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that All Elite Audio may use the winner’s name, likeness, and basic winner information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless All Elite Audio LLC from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. General Conditions

All Elite Audio reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines to be tampered with, illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these rules.

All Elite Audio may cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if any factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the promotion and for related communications in accordance with All Elite Audio’s privacy practices.
